On September 26, 2025, the V-Klub in Bratislava transformed into a space where science, curiosity, and enthusiasm for quantum technologies came together. To celebrate the International Year of Quantum, we brought a large Quantum Zone to the European Researchers’ Night, where visitors could embark on a journey from the fundamental principles of physics to the most advanced technologies.
The Quantum Technologies Summer School 2025 marked the third year in a row of this joint educational initiative, alternating annually between Bratislava and Vienna. From August 11–14, University of Applied Sciences Vienna became the meeting point for students and experts passionate about the future of quantum science.

Held from September 10-13, 2024, the event provided a picturesque setting, nestled in the heart of nature, where discussions about the nature of time in quantum theory flourished.
From August 19 to 23, 2024, Bratislava brought together bright minds from across Europe as the Quantum Technologies Summer School 2024 transformed the city into a hub of quantum innovation. Hosted at Comenius University and co-organized by leading institutions, the event blended rigorous academic lectures with practical workshops, equipping students with skills and insights at the forefront of quantum science and its applications in industry.
The recent QCI Ireland conference held in Dublin offered a rich array of discussions and presentations from specialists across Europe, aiming to discuss and advance quantum communication technologies. Over the three days, attendees were treated to a series of engaging workshops, keynote speeches, and panel discussions. The event highlighted the rapidly evolving field of quantum communication and its implications for secure data transmission.
