QUTE Summer School 2026 – Payment Information
Participation Fee
The registration for QUTE Summer School 2026 Bratislava is considered complete only after the full payment of the participation fee has been received.
All fees are listed in EUR (€) and must be paid in advance according to the deadlines indicated in the registration system, latest by July 31 2026. Participants are encouraged to complete the payment as early as possible to secure their place at the Summer School, as the number of participants is limited.
Failure to complete the payment by the specified deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the registration.
The participation fee for the QUTE Summer School 2026 is 50 EUR.
The fee includes:
- participation in lectures and workshops
- conference materials
- coffee breaks
- conference dinner
The fee does NOT include:
- lunches
- accommodation
- travel expenses
- personal expenses
If you require an invoice, please make sure to provide accurate billing details during Payment process. The invoice will be issued based on the information submitted in the registration form. Invoices are sent automatically to the participant’s email address after payment confirmation.
Confirmation of Payment
Your registration will be confirmed only after the payment has been received and verified. After successful payment, participants will receive:
- Payment receipt or invoice (for reimbursement or institutional purposes)
If you do not receive a confirmation within a few working days, please contact the Summer School organizers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the Summer School organisers.
Refund conditions are as follows:
- Cancellations received within 14 days before the event (9. 8. 2026): full refund minus administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- The refund will be processed after the Summer School.
- In exceptional circumstances, requests will be considered individually.
- If a registered participant is unable to attend, substitution by another participant may be allowed upon previous request.
